Quality Measures Education Program Case Study
Client field force was conducting patient directed product and disease state education and was seeking a way to increase engagement with target healthcare providers.
Customers were being charged to meet quality measures and reporting requirements, but were often unaware of requirements and challenged to adapt practices to be able to efficiently report. Herspiegel Consulting identified an opportunity area that would be engaging to HCP audiences and allow for ongoing program updates with new content for continued customer engagement.
Herspiegel Consulting created the program strategy and objectives and ensured internal client team alignment. As a next step, Herspiegel Consulting created a multi-channel program with content for HCPs and patients and all accompanying (remote and live) field training materials. Herspiegel Consulting also developed and managed the program content, creative layout and production of certain elements. The program won numerous awards and remains a centerpiece in client NCQA program recognition.
