Firm Culture

Due to our location in the heart of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, many of our clients are local, which helps to minimize travel for our staff. Unlike other consulting firms, our staff primarily works out of our Newtown, Pennsylvania office and lives in the greater Philadelphia area.

Semi-annual Company Meetings

The team is critical to the path of success for Herspiegel Consulting. We take our staff offsite twice yearly for a few days focused on learning, company trajectory and team building. We have held recent off-sites in Las Vegas, Nevada, New York City and Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Fun Team Activities

We hold team building activities monthly. Recently, the team attended Phillies and Flyers games, took cooking classes and painted murals. We also hold occasional happy hours and team dinners near our Newtown office and in Philadelphia.

Friday Lunches and Onsite Happy Hour

On Fridays, we hold a team meeting over lunch to discuss recent developments for the company and in the pharmaceutical industry. This is also a great opportunity for team members to share best practices and present industry-related topics of their interest. We also frequently have a casual onsite Friday happy hour.

The company believes strongly in being an active member of the community. For the past five years, the company has annually sponsored a “Tour de Cure” cycling team. We continuously look to expand our engagement in the community.
