Based on the Herspiegel template launch plan and input from all client team stakeholders, built a detailed launch plan identifying all activities, deliverables, infrastructure needs, owners, and timing

Defined alternative launch scenarios (timing, indication, etc.) and created an alternate launch plan

Defined key risk areas and mitigation plans

Managed monthly status reviews with each stakeholder and dashboard reviews with the core leadership team

Developed launch readiness assessments (T-12 and T-6)

Provided input to company HR plan based on launch plan activities
