Methodology:

  • Based on the Herspiegel template launch plan and input from all client team stakeholders, built a detailed launch plan identifying all activities, deliverables, infrastructure needs, owners, and timing

  • Defined alternative launch scenarios (timing, indication, etc.) and created an alternate launch plan

  • Defined key risk areas and mitigation plans

  • Managed monthly status reviews with each stakeholder and dashboard reviews with the core leadership team

  • Developed launch readiness assessments (T-12 and T-6)

  • Provided input to company HR plan based on launch plan activities

  • Filled gaps in organization planning for launch readiness

  • Allowed organization to be launch ready 6 months earlier than originally scheduled

  • Provided oversight to ensure execution consistent with brand strategy

  • Provided transparency to all stakeholders and senior leadership on launch activities and risk areas
