We provide a comprehensive new employee orientation. Your manager will help develop an onboarding plan specific to your role, needs, and projects. Scheduling one-on-one meetings with team members, reviewing case studies and previous projects, and completing Excel and PowerPoint training are a part of our onboarding process. We also have an online orientation that is accessible on-demand and provides a wealth of resources and contacts to assist new employees.
We also run offsite team meetings twice a year―locally and at destinations that enhance team engagement! These multi-day events provide a forum where new and existing employees can enhance their knowledge on pertinent topics, including consulting skills, pharmaceutical industry knowledge, and company information.
