Chris Taber is a Principal at Herspiegel Consulting. Chris focuses on identifying strategic and commercial operations opportunities for his clients to grow their businesses profitably. Chris manages or oversees engagements with some of Herspiegel Consulting’s largest clients and helps them to identify and solve their most challenging problems. Chris is particularly focused on the digital health space; helping his clients take advantage of the latest digital tools to identify and unlock value, enhance the patient experience, and strengthen relationships with their key customers and stakeholders.
Chris takes a collaborative approach to both client work and team member development. At Herspiegel he has been responsible for the development and execution of many training and developmental programs designed to help our team members better meet our clients’ needs.
Over the course of his consulting career, Chris has led projects across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, respiratory, ophthalmology, rare disease, and psychiatry.
Prior to working at Herspiegel Consulting, Chris worked with several major consultancies, including KPMG, Oliver Wyman, and PwC. He was also the Director of Commercial Operations at a small biotech company, prior to its acquisition by a mid-size specialty pharma company.
Chris holds an MBA in finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Anthropology from Princeton University.
